Teach with Find Your Sound
Build a great teaching schedule without running an entire studio.
Choose the instruments, areas, and hours that fit you. We find and enroll students, collect tuition, manage policies, and support the relationship. You focus on teaching.
The model
You teach. We build the system around you.
Set your lane
Tell us what you teach, which students you serve, where you travel, and when you want to work.
Receive matched students
We market the school, screen inquiries, and place students who fit your route and teaching strengths.
Lead the lesson
Bring your musical judgment, personality, curriculum, and experience to each student.
Get school support
We manage tuition, policies, scheduling support, family onboarding, and account issues.
Why teachers join
A serious teaching opportunity without the administrative drag.
Teaching partners earn $40 to $50 or more per instructional hour. Rates increase based on experience, reliability, instrument demand, and recurring student roster. Teachers choose approved service areas and may offer student-home lessons, lessons from an approved home studio, or both. Offering a free introductory lesson is optional and appears on a profile only after the teacher opts in.
Students brought to you
You do not need to run ads, chase leads, or build a separate website.
A schedule you help shape
We build around the areas, instruments, ages, and hours you approve.
Clear policies and support
The school sets expectations and helps resolve attendance, billing, and scheduling issues.
Room to grow
Start with a small route and add students as your availability and local demand grow.
Who we are looking for
Strong musicians who take teaching and reliability seriously.
A degree can help, but it is not the only measure. We care about musicianship, communication, judgment, preparation, professionalism, and the ability to connect with students.
Demonstrated ability on the instrument or in voice
Teaching experience or clear potential to teach well
Reliable transportation when accepting student-home lessons
Professional communication and consistent follow-through
Comfort working with children, teens, and families
Willingness to complete screening, references, and onboarding
Application process
A careful process for a long-term fit.
Apply
Share your instruments, experience, service area, and availability.
Interview
Discuss your teaching approach, goals, and ideal student schedule.
Demonstrate
Complete a short teaching demonstration and professional screening.
Build your route
Receive matched students as demand opens in your approved areas.
