Why join us?

More opportunities. Less lead chasing.

Marketing and qualified leads

We present Music Experiences to clients, venues, hotels, country clubs, planners, and businesses.

Client and event coordination

We handle inquiries, consultations, proposals, agreements, deposits, invoicing, payment collection, timelines, and venue communication.

Professional public profiles

We help organize your photos, videos, repertoire, descriptions, and public pricing into a polished profile.

Events that fit

You can accept or decline each opportunity based on the lineup, date, location, terms, and availability.

Recurring venue relationships

Venue packages and entertainment partnerships can create repeat work instead of isolated one-off leads.

Network support

Approved musicians can connect for expanded lineups, custom ensembles, and substitute coverage when appropriate.

You set your rate.

Bands and listed artists provide their preferred booking rate. Find Your Sound confirms the agreed compensation before an event is offered, then places its marketing, coordination, booking, and production fee on top of that rate in the client’s final proposal.

Rehearsals, travel, extended time, production, and special requests are agreed upon before confirmation. Joining the network does not guarantee a minimum number of bookings.

Established partner bands and acts

Your band controls its normal personnel, substitutes, artistic direction, arrangements, and internal operations. Find Your Sound books the act, not its internal lineup. Notice is only required when a change materially affects what the client purchased, such as the featured singer, advertised ensemble size, instrumentation, quality, or ability to fulfill the agreement.

Find Your Sound curated ensembles

Find Your Sound assembles and approves the lineup for the booking. Individual musicians may not replace themselves without approval, and emergency substitutes must meet the same professional and musical standards.

Clear partnership boundaries

  • The network is non-exclusive unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
  • Your unrelated clients and existing relationships remain yours.
  • Find Your Sound manages the clients and follow-up opportunities it introduces.
  • Both sides approve the event, rate, and terms before confirmation.
  • No booking is final until the artist accepts, the client signs, and the deposit is received.
  • Find Your Sound controls how profiles and packages are represented publicly.
